RCAM works with our cut and sew centers on scheduling and logistics to make sure each center is efficient and profitable. RCAM can connect you with professionals who will help you with design development, fabric sourcing and pattern-making, sample sewing, fitting and finalized pattern.

Project Production Pricing

With your final sewn sample, the cut and sew center will price your project for salesman samples, size runs, and production pricing based on the number of units requested. We help you with all of the details to make sure your project will be ready on time including labels and the correct thread. We will also assist you in digitizing your pattern, grading the pattern for sizes, and laying out the marker for production cutting.

Minimums

Minimums in our cut and sew centers are 10 units per style/ per color/ fabric. Anything under 10 units per style is considered as sample-making. Pricing differs for small, medium, and large batch production orders. Small batch is 10 to 100 units per style/per color. Medium batch is 101 to 300 units per style/per color. Large batch is over 300 units per style/per color. Typical turnaround times range from 6 to 8 weeks for small and medium batch production.
